These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Veewy mobile app and the site veewy.app. By creating an account, taking the quiz or subscribing, you fully agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

Using the service implies acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy. The version in force is always the one published at veewy.app/terms.

2. Account

To use the service you must be at least 18 years old, provide truthful information and keep your credentials secure.

3. Subscription and billing

Veewy is a paid subscription service. Billing is processed by Stripe and renews automatically at the end of each cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled in advance.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time, directly in the app or via the Stripe portal.

5. Refund and right of withdrawal

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. Brazilian users benefit from the right of withdrawal in art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to send illegal or offensive content, attempt to access systems without authorization, or reverse-engineer the Veewy AI models.

7. AI-generated content

Outfits, recommendations and images generated by AI are suggestions, not professional advice.

8. Intellectual property

The Veewy brand, software and models are owned by Veewy. You retain ownership of your photos and grant Veewy a limited license to process them solely to deliver the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Veewy's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the event.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. EU users also benefit from local consumer protection rights.
