This policy describes how refunds for Veewy subscriptions work.
1. 7-day guarantee
You have 7 calendar days from the purchase date to request a full refund — no justification needed.
2. How to request
Send an email to contato@veewy.app with the subject "Refund Request" including your full name, registered email and purchase date.
3. Timelines
Once eligibility is confirmed, the refund is initiated within 5 business days. The time to see funds returned depends on your payment method and your bank.
4. After 7 days
After the 7-day window, paid subscriptions are no longer eligible for full refunds via right of withdrawal. You can still cancel auto-renewal at any time.
5. Exceptional cases
In situations of incorrect billing or severe technical failure, we review case-by-case.
6. Auto-renewal
To avoid unwanted charges, cancel renewal at least 24 hours before the cycle ends.
