How refunds for Veewy subscriptions work.
1. 7-day guarantee
Full refund within 7 calendar days from purchase, no justification needed.
2. How to request
Email contato@veewy.app with subject "Refund Request" and your full name, registered email and purchase date.
3. Timelines
Refund initiated within 5 business days; bank-side return depends on the payment method.
4. After 7 days
Paid subscriptions are no longer eligible for full refunds. Cancel auto-renewal anytime.
5. Exceptional cases
Reviewed case-by-case for incorrect billing or severe technical failure.
6. Auto-renewal
Cancel renewal at least 24 hours before the cycle ends.
