Your privacy is fundamental to Veewy. This document describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679).
1. Who we are
Veewy is an AI-assisted fashion platform operated through a mobile app and the institutional site veewy.app. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at contato@veewy.app.
2. Data we collect
We collect: account data (name, email, language, region, year of birth); payment data processed directly by Stripe; usage data (catalogued items, generated outfits, favorites, style preferences); images (photos of clothing you upload); technical data (IP, device, OS, app identifiers).
3. How we use your data
We use your data to deliver the service, process your subscription, contact you, improve the experience and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not use your photos to train third-party AI models.
4. Legal bases
In Brazil (LGPD): performance of contract, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations. In the EU (GDPR): performance of contract, consent and legitimate interests.
5. Sharing and subprocessors
Subprocessors: Supabase (database, São Paulo), OpenAI (image analysis, USA), Replicate (image generation, USA), Stripe (payments, USA/Ireland), Resend (email, USA), Vercel (hosting, USA/Global).
6. International data transfers
Transfers rely on standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or your explicit consent where applicable.
7. Retention
We retain your data for the contract duration and any applicable legal periods. After cancellation, personal data is anonymized or deleted within 90 days, unless a legal obligation applies.
8. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, anonymization, portability, consent revocation, objection, no solely automated decisions. To exercise any right: contato@veewy.app.
9. Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, Row Level Security, incident monitoring.
10. Children
Veewy is not intended for users under 18.
