Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Veewy mobile app and the site veewy.app. By creating an account, taking the quiz or subscribing, you fully agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
Using the service implies acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any clause, you must not use the service. The terms may be updated; the version in force is always the one published at veewy.app/terms.
2. Account
To use the service you must be at least 18 years old, provide truthful information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you spot unauthorized use, write to contato@veewy.app immediately.
3. Subscription and billing
Veewy is a paid subscription service. The current prices are shown before checkout. Billing is processed by Stripe and renews automatically at the end of each cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled in advance. Taxes may apply depending on your region.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel automatic renewal at any time, directly in the app or via the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle already paid — you keep access until that date.
5. Refund and right of withdrawal
For Brazilian users, we honor the right of withdrawal in art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code: 7 calendar days from purchase to request a full refund. For other countries we offer the same 7-day guarantee as a commercial policy. See the Refund Policy for details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) submit illegal, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights; (b) attempt to access other users' accounts, internal systems or unauthorized data; (c) use the service for any unauthorized commercial purpose; (d) reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the Veewy AI models; (e) automate requests in a way that harms the service.
7. AI-generated content
The outfits, recommendations and images generated by AI are suggestions, not professional fashion or shopping advice. Generated images are stylized representations and may not exactly match how items look in real life.
8. Intellectual property
The Veewy brand, software, design, models and all platform content belong exclusively to Veewy or its licensors. You retain ownership of the photos you upload, granting Veewy a limited, free, worldwide, revocable license to process them solely to deliver the service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veewy is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunity or images damaged during upload due to the user's device. Veewy's total liability in any event is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the event.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice whenever possible. You may close your account at any time, with the effects described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the Capital District of São Paulo, Brazil, are the elected venue, without prejudice to consumer protection statutory rights. EU users also benefit from consumer protections under their country of residence.
