Refund Policy

This policy describes how refunds for Veewy subscriptions work. It complements the Terms of Use and aligns with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.

1. 7-day guarantee

You have 7 calendar days from the purchase date to request a full refund — no justification needed. This guarantee fulfills the right of withdrawal in art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law 8,078/1990) for Brazilian users, and is offered as a commercial policy for users in other regions.

2. How to request

Send an email to contato@veewy.app with the subject "Refund Request" including: full name, registered email, purchase date and, if you wish, the reason (not required). We confirm receipt within 24 business hours.

3. Timelines

Once eligibility is confirmed, the refund is initiated within 5 business days. The time to see funds returned depends on your payment method: credit card (up to 2 statement cycles, per the issuer); PIX or boleto (up to 7 business days); international cards (up to 10 business days). Veewy does not control the timelines of financial institutions.

4. After 7 days

After the 7-day window, paid subscriptions are no longer eligible for full refunds via right of withdrawal. You can still cancel auto-renewal at any time; the service then remains available until the end of the cycle already paid, with no prorated refund.

5. Exceptional cases

In situations of incorrect billing, severe technical failure preventing service use, or unjustified suspension of an account by Veewy, we review case-by-case and may grant a prorated or full refund even after the 7-day window.

6. Auto-renewal

Auto-renewal is disclosed before checkout and in the subscription management portal. To avoid unwanted charges, we recommend cancelling renewal at least 24 hours before the cycle ends.
